- Performed initial and follow-up assessments, documenting recommendations/interventions in the electronic medical record
- Determined estimated fluid, calorie and protein needs for infants and children in the critical care setting
- Calculated TPN recommendations and adjusted TPN electrolytes per patients' labs
- Calculated concentrated formulas and enteral nutrition recommendations for intubated and extubated patients
- Attended daily rounds with each unit's multidisciplinary team
- Completed a major case study on a patient with new diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease.
